We train year-round
With safety protocols for varying river conditions.

Weekly training
Saturday: Regular Club Training (Meet 7:45 AM)
Sunday: Crew Training/Women’s Session (Meet 9:00 AM)
Monday: Weights Session (7:30 PM - 9:00 PM)
Tuesday: Men’s Session (Meet 6:45 AM)
Wednesday: Regular Club Training (Meet 6:45 PM)




Additional training
Sea Training: Organized periodically for race preparation and fun outings (locations: Studland, Hayling Island, etc.)
Event & Race Training: Managed by individual crews based on race selection.
